UMDSMC Weekly Quiz
The weekly quiz was a new feature for the UMDSMC Fall 2011 Contest and will also be implemented in UMDSMC Spring 2012 Contest. $50 virtual will be added to your final portfolio value for each correctly answered weekly quiz.
UMDSMC iPhone/iPad App
Vikram Bhandari, one of Dr. Wish's students, has created an application for the iPhone and iPad that integrates the many parts of the UMDSMC experience, i.e. the trading platform, the quiz, the forum, etc., into a single location accessible from your iDevice. It even includes links to hints for the quizzes. You can download it from the iTunes store. Just search on 'UMDSMC' once you have navigated to the store.

The weekly quiz was a new feature for the UMDSMC Fall 2011 Contest and will also be implemented in UMDSMC Spring 2012 Contest
Leveraged ETF/ETNs
Leveraged ETF/ETNs that attempt to double or triple an underlying index may not be traded in the Contest. Awards will not be given to anyone who trades a leveraged ETF/ETN.
Number of Positions
Participants must trade at least 15 different stocks or ETF/ETNs, defined as securities having different symbols.
